This recently completed project in Esher involved major renovation of the existing house and a double height extension. Along with considerable remodelling of the original room layout, this created a new screening room, gym and much larger living area on the ground floor with new master bedroom suite above plus an art studio, study, separate library and loft den.

We also installed a stunning new glass staircase in the centre of the house which acts as a focal point and adds a real “wow” factor.

My clients were very keen to incorporate state-of-the-art, energy efficient LED lighting to create real drama and impact throughout their home.

Art plays a big part in the decorative scheme and an existing collection plus new pieces have been carefully placed and illuminated.

Working alongside a talented team of architects, specialist installers and builders, the result is a very modern, beautiful family home with plenty of space to be together but also to indulge individual interests and pastimes.
